These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Cape Cod Bible Alliance Church’s websites and online services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Use of Our Services
You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Services. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Services (for example, by introducing malware, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with site operations).

Unless otherwise stated, the content on our Services (including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and design) is owned by or licensed to CCBAC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print content for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
4. Links to Third-Party Services
Our Services may link to third-party websites or platforms (for example, online giving providers, Mailchimp, Planning Center, or embedded media). We do not control those third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
5. Registrations, Forms, and Submissions
When you submit information to us through forms, registrations, or other features, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.
6. Online Giving and Payments
If you donate or pay through our Services, transactions are typically processed by third-party payment processors. CCBAC does not store your full payment card details. Processing and storage of payment information is governed by the payment processor’s applicable policies.
Donations are generally nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law or unless an error has occurred. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact office@ccbac.org as soon as possible.
7. Disclaimer
Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCBAC disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCBAC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

10. SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
The following terms apply specifically to CCBAC’s SMS messaging program and are incorporated into these Terms.

Privacy Policy
General
When you opt in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated informational and ministry-related text messages from CCBAC. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with CCBAC. CCBAC reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. CCBAC also reserves the right to change the short code, phone number, or alphanumeric sender where messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cancellation
Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from CCBAC again, just sign up as you did the first time and CCBAC will start sending messages to you again.

For support regarding our services, email us at office@ccbac.org or, if supported, text HELP to our messages at any time and we will respond with instructions on how to unsubscribe. If we include a link in messages we send you from CCBAC, you may also access instructions on how to unsubscribe and our company information by following that link.
Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply STOP from the original number, unsubscribe using the link included in our messages (if one is provided), or notify us of your old number at office@ccbac.org. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

Messaging Terms Changes
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to a change to these Messaging Terms, you should cancel your enrollment with our messaging program. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
